In 2010 the short film festival jena – cellu l’art got it’s new CI. we were the last ones to inspirit the old capitol cinema in jena which is about to leave another gap in the city’s range of cultural spaces. with india as it’s focus partner of the year 2010, the festival gained a range of new influences and vivid discussions.
